From Interstate 71: Take Exit 28 for OH-48 toward Lebanon. Head south on OH-48 (South Broadway) into downtown Lebanon. Turn left onto E Mulberry St. Our treatment center is on the left at 26 E Mulberry St.
From Cincinnati (approx. 35 min): Take I-71 North to Exit 28 for OH-48. Follow OH-48 south into Lebanon. Turn left onto E Mulberry St to reach our facility.
From Dayton (approx. 40 min): Take I-75 South to I-675 South, then merge onto OH-48 South toward Lebanon. Continue into downtown Lebanon and turn onto E Mulberry St.
From Columbus (approx. 1 hr 20 min): Take I-71 South to Exit 28. Follow OH-48 south into Lebanon. Our campus is located at 26 E Mulberry St in the heart of downtown Lebanon.

Airport: The closest major airport is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), approximately 45 minutes south. Our admissions team can assist in coordinating airport pickup for out-of-state patients arriving for treatment at our center.
Parking: Free on-site parking is available for patients, visitors, and family members. Our lot is well-lit and monitored for your safety. Handicap-accessible spaces are located near the main entrance of our facility.
Rideshare: Uber and Lyft both operate in the Lebanon area and provide a convenient option for transportation to and from our treatment center. Our staff can assist with arrangements upon request.
